How many courses may I take at a time?

Return to FAQ index

Students generally take one course at a time, complete it and then move on to the next course or practicum. Courses are 10 weeks long and practicums are between 3 and 5 weeks depending on the practicum.

It is advised that students enroll in one course at a time. If the course is completed prior to the end date, the student may enroll in another course right away at an accelerated pace.

Some students prefer to take more than one course at a time. Such students may take up to 3 courses at a time. Enrolling in multiple courses should only be done if the student is confident that they will be able to finish all the courses on or prior to their course end dates.

There are financial penalties for not finishing on time, so we suggest you take one course at a time.
